Everyone is really nice. But wish they had better hours for either early morning or late evening workouts.

Business hours on their website isn't consistent with that of the actual opening time. Check their Facebook before you plan out your workout schedule.

Changing to a new location, the space has become smaller, the equipment has been reduced, and the open space for independent training has disappeared. It feels that the whole environment has become very crowded, and I bind my hands and feet when I exercise.
