this place is a treasure. the space itself is more intimate, but it's equipped with everything i could ever need (two treadmills, lots of exercise machines, free weights, and yoga mats). it's beautifully designed and always clean, and the staff is super friendly and encouraging. at NT$1 per minute, it’s difficult to beat!

Gym may be a tad small but has a nice friendly staff. It has all the basic equipments and you can come here without being hassled by the trainers (as some gyms would). Don't worry about monthly fees as you pay by the minute. (1 NTD per minute).

In this gym, there is no problem with the excellent teacher and the course content. However, because of the need to grab the class by yourself and the increasing number of students enrolled, it is impossible to grab the class at all. The time for the class has not arrived but it has been shown that there are students grabbing the class. When the class arrived, even the appointment button did not appear, the class was full, and the contact with customer service had not improved.

There are coaches, many of them look very professional; they can also train on their own and will not be promoted. Coaching lessons, no admission fee, can be timed (one yuan per minute); and a monthly package of 600 yuan for limited working hours on weekdays.nThe environment is bright and tidy; in terms of equipment and equipment, based on my several experiences, it is still quite enough at present, and it will not be crowded out to use rights.
