Awesome gym and amazing team! They are a classes based gym, rather than a membership gym to maintain the quality of classes offered for students. The instructors have a deep understanding and are constantly learning to stay updated. I love how if I ask my instructor why we are doing a particular exercise, he would pinpoint it to a certain weakness that needs improvement. They have 9 barbell racks, three deadlifting areas, two racks of free weights and a large artificial grass area. They also have two shower stalls.

The pure teaching and training venues set training plans and actions according to the physical conditions and needs of the students. The coaches attach great importance to communication and discussion with the students. It is a good place for class!
The coaches are professional and friendly. The content of the courses is customized according to the needs. The courses are not promoted. The cost is acceptable. The venue is only for students (students can spend on the training). The gym staff feels good if they are close to home
