Very professional coaching, coach Hong is very through and pay attention to details, corrected mistakes before they became a habit, highly recommended if you want to have fun and enhanced your cardio while learning some boxing techniques for self defence.
They know how to teach and serious about martial art, great place to learn various martial arts
