Due to the solid training, the students who will continue to attend the class are basically very enthusiastic and active. The atmosphere of the class is great. Everyone will help and encourage each other🥰 Although the training process is painful, But I feel that my body has improved significantly, Feel very worth it! I thought I had no chance of cheating in this life, From the beginning, no warm-up exercise can last to the end. Up to now, I can finish and try my best to meet the teacher's standards, After about 10 classes, I can actually cheat! ! The unexpected cheating is super shocked and moved! ! In order to have a better performance next time, I will exercise hard even when I’m not in class, And reduce the intake of junk food (drinks still cannot be quit), The unexpected gain is that I have been in class for nearly half a year (25 intermittent classes) From 76 to 65 kg 🤣 Thank you sister and Feiyue for making me fall in love with Kongyu, Make yourself better 🥰
