Wonderful experience. Lydia and team were very thoughtful throughout the entire process, and loved the routine and run down they designed for my stay. Feeling great after attending the 3 day retreat - highly recommended and will definitely come back again!

I love everything about this place! The yoga instructors are very knowledgeable and adapt the practice to your needs. The delicious and healthy meals are lovingly prepared with fresh local ingredients. Today's excursion to a local herb farm was a totally unique experience in fresh aromatherapy and customized tea making.nI'll be back for my fourth retreat very soon!
