Although I only return to Muzha for class on weekends, I really like the atmosphere here. I especially like the Yin-Yang Yoga of Teacher Duoduo. After the light sweating Yang Yoga, the Yin Yoga that stays for a long time can achieve the effect of soothing and micro-acupuncture. Every time I go to yoga, I feel that I am healing my body at a suitable speed.nThe most important thing about yoga is that you don't have to compare with others, and feel your own changes and needs in every movement is the most important thing.
