I like to exercise in Curves, healthy, happy and happy! In particular, the coaches at the Cailiao shop are very careful to guide us. Every month, there are new muscle exercises to strengthen the muscle endurance of all parts of our body. In December, the coach also sacrificed a holiday to take us to climb Neihu Jinmian Mountain. The trainees all successfully climbed to the top and let us know that developing exercise habits and being healthy can challenge more impossible, complete more dreams and experience more joy in life. Coach YoYo Xuan Xuan Jiang Jiang A Yan in Cailiao, you are the best! Love you guys!

This group of new coaches is very exciting on-site, and all the students like to play sports! In particular, I organized a mountaineering activity, which not only exercises the muscles and bones, but also enhances the motivation for learning. They are really a great group of lovely coaches. I love you~

The coach is kind and professional. The students are very enthusiastic. There are many activities here and it is fun. It feels great for everyone to exercise together! I like the atmosphere here ud83dudc97 so I want to come every day, I have lost 3-4 kg in 5 months after coming here, exercise + diet changes, my fat face has become sharp face ud83dude04 happy, I will continue to work hard towards my goal~

The coach is kind and professional, and the coach will organize some activities which are very fun. It is very comfortable to sweat there even though you are tired after get off work.
