Fantastic gym with good atmosphere for training you can use eleiko bar and Rogue Plates in this gym.

Charges is on the high side for tourist (500twd) per visit. Travel from town to gym. All cost me 800 plus. I have always wanted to visit this gym which the owner has take pride in been the best in taiwan. Went after 9 pm. 2 floors. Cardio and weights on seperate floors. 24 hours gym. Free weights and machines are relatively complete. Cable flyes machine and dumbbell benches occupied all the times despite off peak hours. Squat rack and deadlifts station is abundant. Most stations i have seen. Cleanliness is good. The staff were cleaning all the times and plenty of water dispensers within the facilities.
