I do not recommended to take classes if you are a foreigner and don’t speak Chinese. I finished 6 lessons and the classes were horrible, very messy, not well designed, the coach was always late, or busy and cancel my classes a couple of times. You won’t receive a proper service. They promise too much just for you to buy the classes, buying few classes for testing was a good move, my coach didn’t teach me how to lift correctly. He make me a workout plan which is not doable. A lot of sets a lot of reps and a lot of weight. I just waste my time and money there. I think I can learn more from YouTube videos.nnThe second star goes to the Body combat classes which are great.nnThe third star goes to Dylan who taught me a free VIPR class! He is great and even if I don’t speak Chinese he managed very well the class and showed me how to properly do the exercises.nnSee my “amazing” workout plan for leg day from the coach I got.
