TWD650 per entry. Pretty steep but my hotel doesn’t have a gym. The place is well furnished and equipped. Three levels with a ton of space for everything you need including CrossFit and a boxing ring.

Great place but not safe at all. Become their member not even a month, and my locker had been opened twice already. Lost more than a month if their member fee.

Very well and come to finding the kumo

Spacious branch with a basketball court. Three floors of equipments and sectors, which are well arranged. Lots of cardio machines to digest rush hours crowd. Good amount of free weight stations and fixed weight machines. Gym coaches available for extra hourly consultant fee. A multipurpose class and a cycle class offers public variety classes almost at hourly basis. Shower and sauna available for both men and women. Parking also available at the basement.

Great gym, lots of free weights and cardio equipment, even a basketball court outside. Only complaint is no rowing machines. The one near SOGO has a couple of concept 2 rowers, but it's a pain to get to. Would be great if they added a couple.
