Joined a five-days yoga, meditation and detox camp with the intention to rest and meet new friends. Everyone I met from this camp has inspired me in many ways, and Everyday was a lot of fun. If you are looking for a retreat to break away from your routined life, or if you want a quick retreat from this stressful world, don’t hesitate and join one of these camps. Come with to expectations, ego and judgements, your heart will be full when you leave this place.nnOh, I did a one-day juice fast, wasn’t too difficult really. I would like to try a three-days fast BUT the food served here is sooooooo delicious I don’t want to miss a single meal.
