Yoga exercise is for men, women and children. I am very fortunate to come into contact with this sport. During this period of study in Yuhuai Neili classroom, I met different teachers. Each teacher has a different teaching method. Counting the number of shots allows me to cooperate with breathing to complete the action (for example, the bow pose at 30), which I could not do before.

It feels great to experience yoga for the first time! The environment is comfortable. Thanks to my colleague for introducing me to learn yoga here.
