平常都沒在運動，第一次來這邊體驗，就幫我自動產生一組課程，過程中沒有到非常累，但是對於我這種很少運動的人來說，已經非常有感了，最重要的是現場教練非常專業，在測量完InBody 之後，馬上跟我說明其中各項數據所代表的意義，並且推薦我選擇他們App裡面的肌力提升課程，實際體驗不同課程後，發現真的有針對不同目標進行不同的編排，這點真的非常特別！ 推薦沒有運動經驗的人可以來體驗看看！絕對一次就愛上！

很方便 動作力量測量完之後 會直接跑出訓練課表照做就好 力竭時還會自動降重幫補超人性化 還可以根據個人當天狀態來微調 完全不會不夠練 👍
