World Gym世界健身俱樂部 台南中華西店Express

I joined the 'Express' gym a couple of weeks ago (Nov. 2019)...my review...nnPros:n1. The price. Hard to beat NT$588/month for a gym like that.n2. New, top of the line equipment. No expense spared. Very nice!n3. Colorful, open space 1-floor layout with high ceilings, lots of natural light, good sized stretching area and more. It feels spacious.n4. Colorful change rooms, has sauna, showers etc. All kept clean.nnCons:n1. The price (low price so selling many, many memberships).n2. Relentless sales machine (to sell many, many memberships).nn1 + 2 = can get very busy. But the busyness is partly caused by...nn3. Over-staffing. The other day I counted 30 trainers + sales + staff on the floor. 30! That was more than the number of members working out.n4. Missing some key exercise gear. E.g.: they have 31 running machines, 0 rowing machines.n5. Messy and disorganized weight (plates) management system.nnOverall, WG Express is great for the not-so-serious exercise person who doesn't mind the cons I've listed. If you are more serious, recommend checking out Fitness Factory. Price is a bit higher, but a top-notch gym.

World gym is clean, rarely overpacked. The gym trainers are always there to help, especially trainer Jason. Thank you for the help
