Great gym! Good value for money, plenty of equipment and seldom very busy. Staff are friendly. This is a good place for pumping iron. Yes some of the equipment is a bit old and dirty, and yes the paint is peeling of the walls, and yes the floor is cracked and breaking up, but go somewhere else and pay 3 times the price of you want state of the art everything. Overall, despite the need for some maintenance it's a great place to work out with all the equipment you need (except a rowing machine), never very busy and fantastic value for money!

If interested in strength training or weight lifting, this is the place for you. There is a wide variety of equipment available. The personal trainers are highly professional. Part of the gym is open air. Except for sessions with a personal trainer, there are no classes offered. It's all about the equipment and one-on-one training at very affordable prices.

Priced at $200TWD per entry, the gym is a open space concept. With classic gym feel of rusty barbells and heavy dumbbells. Location was a little deep, but reachable via cab. Great for powerlifters, bodybuilders and weightlifter. Plenty of weight machine, cardio machine, free weights and racks. Place was filled with serious gym users, hence recommended for those looking for a good pump.
