Xuanzang Temple

Xuanzang is a stunning temple. We stopped by after a long hike up the mountain visiting the Ci-En Pagoda. It overlooks the Sun Moon Lake; beautiful view!!

This is a nice place. Unfortunately, we just came from Wenwu Temple and, in comparison, everything looked plain here. The architecture and statues are beautiful but not that detailed. There's a platform where you have a nice view of the lake. It's worth a visit on your trip, but I wouldn't prioritize this place.

It's pity in the raining day, otherwise you can see a beautiful temple

A place for hiking with friends and family. Good breeze to catch in between walks and rests. Challenge yourself by reaching the tip of the tower. End of the walk up will be the bell to ring...something to be proud of, shout out.

Beautiful temple with possibility to drink local grown tea. Very nice view over the Sun Moon Lake.
