Not enough equipment. No heavy dumbbells just not worth the money they got rid of the month and three month membership. Not worth it if you're serious about working out. It's a place for beginners.

On the second floor, there is a relaxation area and a mirror wall, but the selection of equipment and the use of space are slightly eclipsed. If there is a large cable rack like Jiangong, the feeling will be very different. This part is a bit disappointing. But I can say that this is a friendly space for women~ It is comfortable to exercise~ The first visit was brought by coach Michael. He was worried about being promoted by the coach, so he was very precautionary at the moment. He also took coaching lessons in Jian Gong and fit box. At that time, Jian Gong was almost completed 36 lessons. I just want to find a gym with a good environment to train by myself, and tell the coach to visit it by myself. I don’t have to buy a class, but the coach is still careful and enthusiastic to help me introduce the environment. There is no sense of oppression, and I am very afraid of the coach’s promotion. After chatting, I was fortunate to have an appointment with Michael’s experience class. On the day of the experience class, I not only took me to do stretching, roller relaxation and muscle strength training, but also helped me solve the problems of lower back discomfort and squat. The coaches do at most stretch, rarely relax, and most of them focus on muscle strength; but every time Michael goes to class, he emphasizes muscle health, mobility, and more stability and muscle control, various kinds of stability, and various controls. . I really feel that this coach is very different. I dare to give resistance and help you solve problems carefully. If you ask questions, the coach will come back to you even if the coach finishes class in the early morning. However, the coach seems to be getting more and more swollen recently. It may be too much. The relationship between classes. There are many coaches who train and strengthen themselves, spend a lot of time and energy on themselves, but they can really help you solve problems and take your problems to heart. Every class is full of enthusiasm, and every situation is explained carefully. There are really not many coaches, and I didn’t want to advertise for the coaches, because his schedule is really full, and I also worry about not being able to schedule classes, but there are not many coaches like this.
