Very unfriendly front desk staffs,nThose girls really need a better trainning.

Please READ if you are a foreigner and want to take class at this studio!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!nI signed up for a free trial class online and was contacted by the studio to bring my ID with me to the class. I specifically ask them if its okay if I only have my US passport, they reply yes, any form of ID with my picture on it will work.nnWhen I arrive at the studio they told me they cannot let me take the free trial class because Im not a TW citizen nor did I have a TW residence card. their REASONING being visitor usually won't purchase membership after free trail class. Fine, I respect that if thats their rule, but they could of told me earlier. no where on their website did it mention FREE TRAIL is for TW residence ONLY! total waste of my time coming here 30 min before class time, waited for 20min and was told to leave! what a special experience.nn沒有台灣身分的人可以不用來體驗了uff0c因為space cycle 覺得你們不會買課程所以公司會有損失 uff08這是他們前台請口跟我說的uff09 那如果是這樣uff0c 請麻煩在你們的網站上註明uff0c 不要浪費別人的時間來上課了才說不給上uff0c 請離開喔uff01

- In Taiwan for a week, did a drop in class today for 950TWD, relatively expensive.n- Front desk, zero smiles, a little snooty. Need better staff and customer service training! C’mon Taiwan, I thought you were known for your smiles and customer service, what happened?!n- A staff took me to show me where towels and lockers are, and as I was trying the lockers, she just said the water is over there and she just walked away. Again, NO customer service sense such as “do you have any questions?” or “have a great class!”n- Took a barre class with instructor Chennie. They don’t have full English instructors - which is fine, but she greeted the class with zero smiles nor were there any smiles throughout the entire class. She didn’t ask if any students have any injuries, and she rudely asked me to take my phone out when class haven’t started; I was a bit offended by her directness. Very little engagement with the students, gave way too much instructions where students weren’t able to follow along as she was just spitting out instructions like a robot. Barely gave any different options which isn’t safe for beginners!n- Beautiful physical space but not enough lighting it was quite dark and gloomy, and air wasn’t turned on so it was very stuffy.n- Left the premise after the class, and the front desk lacked any sort of greetings or acknowledgement or “Hey! How was your first class?!” Ouch, good luck getting people to come back!

Great instructor, great class experience, simple but great facilities. Seems like it's the only Spinning gym in the area. Really accessible and the staff helping us with shoe fitting and the facilities was friendly.nnI think the reception could be a little more welcoming and enthusiastic with foreigners who are here to get a one-time workout or potential expats package.nnHowever, I would highly recommend this studio - the spinning instructor was really professional and the vibes are very similar to the ones in Singapore and USA.

Regrettably very bad experience at this place. If you go, get ready to put up with their closed mentality.nVery unfortunate, cause the beautiful studio could have just a greater potential if things worked better.nnI also suggest the staff to welcome customers with a smile and “Hello”, as well as pay attention to at least reply “goodbye” when they leaving.
