I have a World Gym Elite membership in Taiwan and can go to any location across the Nation. I expected the facilities in Tianmu to be nice because of the reputation for the neighborhood but I was not impressed. They do not have a steam room, and have a rather small women’s locker room, which only has about 4-5 hair dryers available. This is bar the most subpar women’s locker room for any World Gym location I’ve been in Taiwan. The thing that really brought me to write this review is when I visited this World Gym there was a locker room attendant who was SCREAMING for literally 40 minutes. I swear I had a terrible headache when I left this place. She was working with a second locker room attendant and continually shouting to her across the entire facility. I feel so shocked no one else would say anything. It was a terrible experience, zero chance to relax here. It was quite rude and terrible experience. Very unique from any other World Gym experience I have had in Taiwan. Others have been awesome.

Lots of equipment and space, wait times at peak hours aren't terrible like at smaller gyms, although there will be quite a few people in the morning.

I absolutely love this gym and my trainer Leon! I took 12 Muy Thai kickboxing classes with Leon and I had the best experience. He speaks excellent English, which made it so much easier, since my Chinese isn’t great! And he really made each and every class super fun. I learned so much, and my fitness level improved dramatically and I lost overall body fat. He pushed me to be better every time I stepped into the ring. I highly recommend taking classes with Leon at World Gym in TienMu! He’s the best!
