Friendly and well equipped. Great gym experience

Don’t have many pics of this place because normally when I’m here, I’m working hard. However, the key is a nice little spot for a privatized gym if you want a more comfortable space to workout vs mainstream commercial gyms like world gym. First floor has an absolutely amazing cafe with delicious, fresh coffee and homemade, handmade snacks and food. (The cookies and cinnamon rolls are the bomb)nThe second floor is mainly cardio equipment with a bathroom and two changing rooms.nThird floor has a male shower room and machine equipment.nFourth floor (they write it as 5th due to Chinese belief in 4th floor being too close to the sound of death) is mainly free weights with enough room for around 5-6 people at a time using the space.nThe rooftop is a pretty awesome sky/rooftop bar area with a dj deck, tables and balcony overlooking dunhua area.nI wish I had more pictures to upload, next time there I’ll make sure to snap a few photos.nBut this place is highly recommended, the membership is a tad higher than most other gyms, BUT, it is very much more privatized and personalized than the other gyms. It’s also clean and comfortable with fresh water supply at all floors near the elevator door.nnDid I mention their cookies and cinnamon rolls are bomb? ud83dude0b

This gym is not so big , but it’s very comfortable with clean and neat environment with all the facilities that what we need. You’ll feel like the gym or the yoga studio it’s like a private they also do have 1st Flore coffee shop And a rooftop with a small bar which makes you more comfortable.
