The Semenivska school of Melitopol district gives knowledge at a very low level because the school principal does not take an active part in the life of the school, everything is done by his deputies. In primary school, a foreign language is taught by teachers who do not have the appropriate education as a foreign language teacher. Hours of study are distributed not on the principle of qualification, but on the principle of "who I want, so I give hours to work." As a result, training takes place only on paper, and the money for training is received by those teachers who have good relations with deputy principals. On the school website, distance learning is only for the 5th grade, so other grades 6 to 11 do not study at all. There are also teacher vacancies on the school's website, although there are none on the employment center's website. Thus, the search for teachers in the vacancy is formal, on paper, and the money for training in these subjects are again, deputy principals and their pets who do not have qualifications in these subjects. Thus, the school aims to ensure that the school administration receives money from the budget, and education is only formal. All grades are overestimated by 3-4 points, so as not to lag behind the performance of other schools in the Melitopol region.
