Excellent plus hotel one of the most beautiful building I even find the concept very classy from the building the look of the hotel at night to all the way to the restaurant everything is extraordinary . Restaurant is very beautiful and very high class . This would be a 4 star place in Canada and very very expensive . Recommend it without hesitation .

Tasty meal, nice territory but service very slow

This place is the best example for Eastern Europe. From the outside everything seems perfect, but in reality it is very far from being perfect. Some of the rooms are nice, but it really depends on which part of the building you stay. Some small details of the rooms are even ugly, holes on the wall, wires coming out from the mirror in the bathroom. The staff is ignorant, they don’t speak anything else other than Ukrainian, or you need to be extremely lucky to find someone who does. The service in the restaurant is extremely slow, it could take 1 hour to get your food after ordering. I would expect much more from a hotel which advertises itself as 4 star.
