Nice and simple monument in the calm corner of the city center. It exposes Simon Petlura's bust to the visitors of the this street named after him. Simon Petlura's was a great person, a head of Ukrainian People Republic Directoria in 1918-20.

A beautiful monument. An important reminder of the past, especially given the current difficult situation in the country, Petliura's example inspires the younger generation. I also like the stylized trident lanterns around.
