Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were flexible, easy to deal with and, to reiterate, very friendly (some of the nicest people I met in Ukraine). Recommend.

I was given a car with very old tires. One of them cracked. Thank goodness it didn't happen on a highway. Avis told me it was my fault and that I crashed the tire disk too. Now I am spending my fourth hour on a tire service with two small children. I hope Avis people are not gonna make me pay for the new tires and repairs. We will see. I just can't even think of what could happen to my family with this disastrous tires while driving 70 mph.

We have had a nice service at Lviv airport. Took Fiat 500 for a week - fast paper work, professional employees. Definitely recommend everyone

I took insurance without a deductible. On the return, the cars were found under the hood! bent disk - they said that the wheel hit the pit. They ripped off $ 10 for a bent disk (which most likely was) and this with full insurance without personal participation! So check your CDs and don't pay extra for rent without a deductible. She does not work. At least something, but tear it off. I did not expect this from a respected office (( P.s. Do you guys seriously think that the client will crawl under the hood before the start of the lease to check if all the disks are in order and not bent?
