For my 3 days reservation I got 2018 hyundai accent, with 37k km on odometer, A/C, automatic transmission. Car was clean. Average fuel consumption is 6.1L/100km. Everything went smooth. this was my first experience with Ukrainian Hertz, and third with Hertz. and i'm pretty happy about the service. Many thanks to Roman.

Was able to book a car a week in advance with no issues. Roman and his team stayed extra late due to a missed flight and serviced me with no delays. Newer car model with no issues. Return was pleasant and easy. Took no longer than 5 minutes. Recommend this place.

Rented a nice Toyota Corolla from this location. They speak English. Great employees and the car was clean and mechanically sound. Help me out after I left Ukraine. Good folks.

We didn't get a car that was reserved 3 months in advance, any car. The person at the counter just said they didn't have any cars and didn't plan to have them that day.
