I was greatly impressed by the company and their service, a real pleasure compared to other car hire agencies in Lviv. It is truly European professional service. It begins with very friendly staff: after greeting they offered me a cup of coffee and while I enjoyed the moment they were busy with my documents. I met the owner and he highlighted key moments and what to do in case of accident/emergency, in just 10-15 minutes we were done and I jumped into Toyota RAV4 that I ordered for 2 weeks. It was clean, no any damage, full option car. I've got exactly what I ordered. Initially I was a bit skeptical as I already had an awful experience with ukr-prokat and europcar in Lviv. However, everything was just right here. And I liked the idea of having a wifi router in the car, what a convenience! I rented a Toyota Rav4 Hybrid car for a trip to Ivano-Frankivsk. The service is simply at the highest level compared to other car rentals in Lviv. I called for the car at 10 am, and at 2 pm the car was already waiting for me😊 I paid, signed the contract, left the deposit, received the keys and the technical passport and happily went to Ivano-Frankivsk. The car is new, comfortable, perfectly clean, has all the necessary functions for driving with pleasure. I was pleasantly surprised by the fuel consumption - an average of 6.6 liters per 100 km, which is super mega economical for this class of car! The car has a full CASCO, which to some extent takes away the experience just in case. It's expensive, and if I'm sure of myself, I can't be sure of other drivers. I also really liked the speed of response of the car when overtaking, she did not think, but reacted instantly. In the evening I got into a heavy fog, but the headlights are so good that I could see the road very well. There was a nuance with incorrectly recorded initial mileage in the contract, which I already saw on the second day after renting a car, but this problem was solved so quickly, even at Christmas itself, that you can applaud standing for such a responsible job. The man who issued and received the car was extremely punctual, pleasant and polite. Be sure to contact Leodrive more than once to rent a car! I wish them prosperity and success in their work. I definitely recommend LeoDrive as one of the best car rental services in Lviv. Took the car for the weekend, Toyota Corolla 2019, the condition of the car is super (very pleased that the kit had built-in navigation, no extra charge). There was a nuance, the previous tenant touched the bumper and left a scratch (just a scratch nothing critical) but the company called back and clarified whether such a car is suitable for me and whether it needs replacement.
