Zero professionalism!

Forced to leave a negative review. Do not hand over your shoes here! Brought ankle boots to replace the pads. The first time I waited 4 days, well, approx. I took my shoes, changed my shoes and after 2 hours - one heel fell off. And I went around the office, very carefully. I passed it under warranty - I waited exactly a week. This time 3 hours passed and the heel began to stagger. The next day, she fell away again. Of course, they told me that I can come again under warranty - but no, thanks. I put 2 stars instead of 1 solely because of the girl who took my shoes - very cultured, pleasant, it's not her fault.

Good dry cleaning, several times handed over things and shoes for repair. Did everything perfectly)
