I see many controversial reviews here, but the service I got was impeccable. After hugging some nice PJ ladies with UV pain on at the party, got some UV paint stains on my suit. The dry cleaning was done perfectly. Responsive ladies at the reception.

Lotus is terrible dry cleaning. Lotus, thanks for the spoiled fur coat that was only worn once. Dry cleaning the Escada down jacket damaged the fabric and made a hole near the metal plate. Upon receipt of the product, it was announced that only the metal plate itself could be damaged. When issuing the product, they did not even consider it necessary to indicate the damage. An attempt to contact the administrator took three days and the response of the administrator of the dry cleaner, which positions itself as premium, was: "This is not our fault, but the fault of the manufacturer who placed the plate on the product." The jacket, which costs $ 1000 and was handed over to dry cleaning for the first time, was damaged for 450 hryvnia (this amount was written off in full). The administrator did not even try to compromise; there was complete disregard for the problem. Apparently, she was not taught the concept of customer focus, which means that for the management it is not the main thing in the selection of personnel.

The second time things disappear after washing, the first time there was a duvet cover, now for some reason three pillowcases. Zero reactions. Dry cleaning in which the staff apparently need some things.
