Sadness, we have been using laundry services for many years, it was always bearable, sometimes better, sometimes worse, but bearable ... but the last wash is 😧 horror. Washing in water ... they handed in a lot of laundry, accumulated more than 20 kg, everything was returned to the same form, except perhaps stroked. I do not recommend it. Something has changed with them, it's just a deception. They paid more than 700 UAH!

Satisfied with the work of dry cleaning

12/7/19 Handed over the down jacket for cleaning. Prior to this, it has never been cleaned or erased. Took 12/12/19, on the spots more or less. There were two small points where the main spot was, but I did not find fault. On the same day, 2-3 hours passed in it, and when undressed, it was in unreal shock. All the clothes were in fluff. Not a couple of feathers, not 10, not 20, but stupidly the whole jacket turned white (generally black). Probably the thing was cleaned incorrectly, thinned lining or something else, I don’t even know. And they did not warn about such consequences. But it is impossible to wear now. Returned the next day 12/13/19. The girl refused to understand my indignation, was offended and told me that this was not my original down jacket, a fake, because it happened like that. Although what does it matter !? Plus this is the original. They say the manufacturer is to blame, not they. I wrote a refund application. Now I will wait for the result.

Good dry cleaning. Not so expensive. To clean a down jacket with a knee-length - 360.00 was in 2018, now, maybe a little more expensive. Clean well. I’ve been cleaning their down jackets for 8 years.
