Clothes are not taken care of here. Brought things four times. Jacket and woolen sweater - all good, no questions asked. Down jacket - the hood was torn, and rivets on the lace were crumpled (then they were covered with foil 🤦‍♀️) Coat - a violation of the seams, I saw it after I put it on Down jacket - again violation of seams, refused to fix There are also questions to the reception point: with a computer for you, lucky if there are no more clients. To pick up the jacket I waited 15 minutes and did not wait, because everything happens meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, the approximate waiting times, they were naughty and did not say. You still have to walk and try your luck. Communication with support is another test, sheer rudeness. It's a nightmare, not a service
