It seems that the person responsible for recruitment prefers salespeople who have the highest level of skills to ignore customers. Permanent action from Aurora: "Ignore the client, gossip about the neighbor." The staff does not have time to answer the buyer's questions, but a lot of time for laughter and gossip behind the curtain in the warehouse is enough. Aurora is a leader in quality service.
