Comic monument to Lieutenant Rzhevsky, who served in the Pavlograd equestrian regiment. The regiment was formed and was stationed in Pavlograd, where there are beautiful flat fields, a large abundance of moisture (Samara and Volchye rivers). There were stud farms, which was reflected in the emblem of the city

The monument itself is fun, but why is it near a chemical plant? And the director wanted it so much.

An unusual monument :) You can regard it as a landmark of the city. It is believed that Lieutenant Rzhevsky served precisely in the Pavlograd hussar regiment. They say that if you rub your mustache, your husband will be mustached, but to get pregnant, you need to sit on a lieutenant :)
