In the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, landowners' holdings were widespread in Krivoy Rog - land plots belonging to various representatives of the nobility and other wealthy classes. The estate of the landowner Ivan Kharin also belongs to them. There is no exact date of the appearance of the Kharin estate. It is known that in 1907-1910. it was in its full development. The estate was created in the bend of the Saksagan River using income from an iron mine owned by Kharin. Today, ancient oaks grow here with huge trunks up to 5 meters thick in girth and 25 meters high, more than 100 years old!
