Nice for getting a photo. Has historical significance. This was erected in honor of the 40th anniversary of victory in the Second World War. On the pedestal there is a real Soviet cargo vehicle ZIS-5.  This has the status of historical monument.

The monument to motorists and road workers was erected in 1985 on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. This monument is special because it is one of the first of its kind, because it has a truck (ZiS-5). Transportation as monuments was established long before that, but before it was purely military equipment - tanks, armored vehicles. In 2006, the car disappeared from the pedestal one day. It turned out that such an order was given by the city authorities, who wanted to quietly dispose of the monument. However, six months later, the veterans managed to get the equipment back on the pedestal.
