Nobody cleans up bottles and other wastes of alcoholic activity, so it lies for years, slowly sinking into the ground. You can wait for public transport here for a very long time, but when it arrives, you have an idea that it would be better if something other than THIS would arrive. Basically, dirty, crumbling and wobbling Bogdan buses of yellow or white color, trolleybuses, which can either catch fire or stop completely along the way, go here. It is a pity for people living in such an area with such stops and public transport.
