Princes Rákóczi Palace (White House)

The castle is very big and spacious. There are a lot of exhibitions, photos and artifacts. There is no authentic interior, because everything was ruined. But it’s restored and renewed. It’s on the hill so from the top of castle there is a great view on the mountains and city Mukachevo. There is a free parking near the castle. Entrance fee is 2$ for one person. If you want to know all the stories, legends and specialities of this place you can take a guide for additional 6$ for the whole group. This place will be interesting for history connoisseurs and those who are interested in Middle Ages.

It is a good historic building, although it needs repair. Wonderful gate at the entrance to the palace, a monument to the Hungarian artist Munchaki before entering. In the amphitheater in front of the entrance it is convenient to hold concerts and other artistic events.
