I handed over three blankets, delivery was excellent, only carpets were brought, not three, but two (one got lost somewhere), one was cleaned well, the other was not cleaned from the kitchen, the bottom of the carpet was smeared, returned, the technologist said that we do not clean such carpets, that is, dirty, to which I replied that if they were clean, then I would not give them up, with a smile, to which he replied that I speak ugly to him, offended him, and he can pour fat on my mat , and so to return it ...... people it that?
