Do not buy housing here, there are several owners of apartments, you will buy and it is unknown whether it will be completed + litigation with several owners of your apartment.

I live in this new building. Considering all the difficulties that this building has undergone, it is quite high. Arrangement of playgrounds, parks, trees is a matter of time. If you do not want to breathe dust, go live in the village or somewhere in the suburbs. And for my part I will say that everything is happening on the construction gradually. If it were not for bureaucracy and bribe takers, a residential complex would have been built long ago. It is pleasant that from the entrance to the entrance to the elevator there is not more than one step. The elevator lounge is quite wide. When buying an apartment you get a warm floor, independent heating, no need to level the floor to fill "screed". The apartment is completely ready for repair. The main pearl of the apartment is the panoramic view from the window. Even when you buy a one-bedroom apartment, you get a full spacious one-bedroom apartment. A good interchange, yes it may still be on the outskirts of town, yet, but not as far away as "Happy". Considering how this area is built, the outskirts of it will fall off. It looks like a good house, monolith. There are many disadvantages to living there, in particular near the noisy road, no space for playgrounds, no trees are planted at all, only a tiled parking space is standard. Apparently people who will live there will learn to breathe dust.

We had to pass the first two sections in 2015, but now, by the end of 2017, I will hand over and do not "smell". The co-op is a bad thing, low quality housing.
