The sign to the estate, located on the Kiev-Rivne highway, promises tourists something worthy of attention, but as of August 2020 we have a ruined and neglected building that could become the highlight of Goscha, but ... No. The estate is located in a nice, but also neglected park. The park, however, is in much better condition than the crumbling building. You can get here in transit on the way from Ostrog or vice versa

A stunning Art Nouveau estate! Unfortunately, it is in disrepair. But, thanks to volunteers, perhaps a miracle will happen and we will see a wonderful museum filled with ancient exhibits. Many thanks to Valery for the most interesting story about the estate and the work of him and his team on the restoration of this historical object!

Very unusual architecture for these latitudes. Unfortunately, the Soviet extension spoils the view very much. There is a beautiful park nearby.
