Very Clean

Dry cleaning is just awful! On November 16, 2020, I took my husband's jacket to the "Very Clean" dry cleaner to remove the stain on the sleeve. The jacket was new (for UAH 3000), my husband had time to wear it for only one week. A week later, when I came for the chicken, I was simply horrified. From a down jacket, it turned into a raincoat with pieces of down, and the decor stickers on the sleeves were all peeled off and were in down. She ran in size and changed color. It turns out that the stain has been removed, and the new jacket, after such cleaning, is eventually ruined. We quarreled with them, sorted out relations with the authorities, I wrote a statement to the Committee for the Protection of Consumer Rights. And nothing! The dry cleaner initially insures itself and writes 50% wear and tear on the item in the receipt. This is for all cases. What was the jacket, and what happened to it in the photo showed. As a result: we took the jacket away, and at home I found out that the raincoat fabric was also spoiled in many places by fine spray from chemicals. The truth could be obtained through the courts and compensated. But, honestly, as I can imagine how much time and money you need to spend on this, it is better to leave everything as it is. Photos of how the jacket was ruined, I already posted in my story, after which many friends wrote that with this dry cleaning they also had many unpleasant cases of damage to clothes. Conclusion: dry cleaning "Very Clean" spoils things and compensation, and even an apology, you can't wait from them. But rudeness and "do not care" - they have enough of this.
