Constant queues at the supermarket, but not because of the constant flow of people and not because of the weak professional skills of the workers (although this is also the case, now it is a little better, before, there was generally a horror, it seems that the workers were taken from the remote countryside and in the city for the first time), but due to the weak management skills of the higher level ... Not a publicly accessible trading enterprise, but a warehouse constantly littered in the aisles with huge boxes, boxes, containers with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, etc. In the aisles between the counters, it’s impossible to drive with a trolley (really, almost autocorks !!!), it’s hard to get through, sometimes like sprats in a bank! People get nervous, conflict situations are created !!! And if only 1-2 cash desks are still open, then this is generally awful, the impression is that people have gathered here before the New Year, the same pandemonium ... is it really impossible to give a command so that all the cash desks work ... remove the queues and this is time to fight the coronavirus !!! We were all in the region, cloud cities, in Kiev, Odessa, Khmelnitsky ... honestly, how should the organization of the supermarket work differ between them and ours in Podolsk, zh.m. "Cheryomushki" ??? Why is everything there is neat and tidy, the staff is competent, much more professional, there is almost no pandemonium and "traffic jams" from boxes that should be in the warehouse, and not near the counter and prevent people from moving normally !!! The impression is that our customers, how cattle are treated, like they will endure, like, and so it will come down !!! Here it is an organization, here it is work with personnel ... ours go to the region to earn money ... of course they will go for the same job and in the same ATB !!!, for example, in Odessa, employees receive a salary one and a half times more and what is more interesting local workers here in terms of the influx of people and the level of workload (in Podolsk) - the workload is one and a half times more, the salary, as everyone understood, is one and a half less! How do you like it? So it turns out after this a mess ... some do not want, others cannot, but we suffer - an ordinary buyer !!!

There are no complaints about the store itself, everything is fine, cleanly tidy ... But, in fact, the lack of parking for cars (terrible coverage and complete ignorance in snow removal) is of course a serious minus, but since I don’t know the parking lot belongs to the store or no, I did not underestimate the estimate.

Prices and quality are satisfactory. So far the best supermarket chain in Podolsk. Advise
