They said beforehand that they would assemble it and set it up (well, great, I think). I flew home, the next day I thought to ride. Unfortunately, both switches were very poorly configured. On the front, the chain almost constantly rubbed (I know the principle of switching and which stars work with which without friction), the rear one did not change all gears. I had to sit at home, adjust, I decided not to go to them, because I don't know how long it will take them and how long I will be in line, but I want to ride. I update: Literally 20 minutes ago, they called from the store and offered to come to the setup out of turn. It's very cool and customer oriented. I am changing my assessment.

I bought a repair kit for tires. After a couple of months I had to use it. I opened it, and there the tube with glue is empty, although visually as a whole. I turned to the store by e-mail, They just froze. From now on I will buy in other stores and recommend to everyone to circumvent this store.

They gave me a bicycle computer for my birthday, which eventually turned out to be inoperative. The store made a replacement for another computer that I chose (though I paid extra, because I wanted a more expensive one). The replacement was made without a check, since this is a gift, according to the order number. In general, I was satisfied with the service.

The store is cool, nice site. They bought a small bike and the choice was of two models, one was available, and the second was not. They brought a second bike specifically for us, collected it and gave the child a ride on the street (the baby is 5 years old and there were doubts that it would not fit in height). As a result, we made our choice and even received a pleasant discount. We were satisfied with the service and attitude towards the client. And also, unlike most stores, it has a pleasant interior and there is no overabundance of goods in the hall, it is easy to breathe.
