If you are looking to waste money on sub-par service & be treated as a second class citizen then this place is right for you. Astronomical prices for the most basic services. The employees will try to rip you off whenever possible. The only thing the staff here is good at, is helping you part with you hard earned money & ruin your mood in the process. Avoid this establishment when possible. Losing your receipt will result in you have to fill out forms and provide proof of identity (taking out a mortgage on your house is easier & less time consuming)

Super Lily Manager service in the shoe department! Yes, and I would like to add to the review by the fact that there is no order in the clothing department. When you hand over a few things, then you receive an SMS notification that they are already ready, you arrive in 2 days and it turns out that they are still on the way from another department and after 5 minutes of communication and explanation to managers that those things were cleaned right on the spot and did not leave anywhere and it turns out they are immediately found ... The process control system is simply not fully installed, and managers are not customer-oriented, they got nasty on the phone and did not try to solve the problem on the spot. The answer was simply "system crash" .... When this is the case, the business is slowly beginning to become obsolete even with the latest equipment, although there are also questions about the quality of work ...

Good day!! I would like to leave my negative opinion about the Kims company. I handed over sneakers on 05.08 at 17:32 for painting a part of the sole in white, I will notice not even the entire surface, but a part of white !! Issue price 450 UAH. Terms of execution 2 weeks. Finally, three weeks later, a notification of readiness came. To the question why it took so long - the answer is the action !!! Stock??? In which I did not participate, unfortunately, and all of Ukraine repaired shoes at a discount in the shortest possible time. I will notice that the promotion started after I returned my shoes, but unfortunately I was later in line. Well this is a digression. And now I take my sneakers, and I'm sorry, she is in the same condition as before. I asked to take off some of the white paint and cover it with new. In fact, they returned the top covered with a little white with the same cracked paint. I refused to pick it up because the work was not done. The administrator agreed and even suggested that they did it so badly because of the heavy workload during the period of the action in which, I note, I did not participate, but paid the full cost and within three weeks. They took it for rework. A week later - this is already a month I have no shoes, they called back and said that they would not be able to paint, referring to the laboriousness and the model is not suitable for painting this part of the shoe. To the question: Why bother to start making them and it is not easier to return shoes and money without wasting Mine and their time ???? They answered: sorry, we will make a discount and paint again and everything will be fine. An SMS arrives yesterday about another readiness. I come and you know, say that I'm upset to say nothing! That's horrible. Nobody painted anything and the first Paint cracked over the entire surface, what it was painted with. I don't know, maybe just a corrector ??? I gave it for the third time for rework. I'm waiting. I hope that in another half a year, when finally they will be returned to me, the model will be in vogue, but for now I have been without shoes for a month and by the way 450 UAH Kims also took ahead of time. Expect the story to continue.
