If someone goes to this building for an interview, know that you will not be there alone. There will be 5-10 people for 1 vacancy. HR choose is not clear by what strategy. They recruit everyone there, from admins ending with a manicure master. Young people are not given a chance, and they are recruiting people who will be in the field of sales, “rats,” to the company. Which will just Work 24/7 and do 200% of the work. But in reality, youngsters sit for 24 years and tell a memorized text, but in fact they have no idea what is happening there.

Vladislav Perchinsky (and possible persons reading his review): Without going over to a professional assessment of your psycho-emotional state, we can only say the following: The TGLevel Learning Center is completely and completely irrelevant to your “expert assessment / recall”, in order to write and “minus” the center’s rating on Google maps - this is the first and most important thing❗️ Further, it is worth noting, being guided in the chronological order of errors, that your candidacy, as it turned out, absolutely did not fit according to a number of criteria set by the employer, based on our communication and your built-in self-promotion, directly at the meeting. This is a fail: the response to the TGLevel training center - not to the point - the addressee came out (see the definition of the word in the explanatory dictionary of the Russian language by OI Ozhegov), missed. We were looking for a professional in our environment, a practice - which has in its arsenal a rich set of work tools, experience and a “fresh” look at our activities, speech literacy, the ability to communicate qualitatively (communicate with a circle of interacting individuals) and such were, are and will be, without doubts - we didn’t need a person who “would professionally“ grow up ”in this vacancy - tomorrow” - there was a request for a “quality professional - today”: it was important not to overestimate our capabilities, it was not about “prospects for potential “personality” didn’t have such a task, but about a “professional” who is able to immerse himself in the business process confidently and readily ~ 90% (having experience) and adequately fulfill his duties and along the way “finish / absorb” the innovations of the environment into which He came and further to move, developing and opening. Do not accept the rejection so painfully that you indiscriminately “hit” on the cards, those who are absolutely not related to your expression. Your views / approaches / vision, as it became clear at the time of communication, do not correspond to our search queries, corporate ethics and style of behavior, and “mirror”, possibly, vice versa. “You - choose us. We - choose you ”- nothing personal: I can’t help but recall an important historical remark about the abolition of serfdom in 1861, so with this and the foregoing we have complete order and faithful professional ethics. Healthy competition, freedom of choice and a transparent approach, professional ethics are probably difficult for you to perceive at this stage of personality development. Nobody will present you a strategy and methodology for selecting applicants for a vacant position - professionals work, we can only thank for the time taken. “Recruiter” is an outsourcing and professionally recruiting company providing consulting, building departments, and training services in different cities of Ukraine for five years - and we do not consider it necessary to respond to “attacks” (more than clearly and correctly explained) and give reasons for idle chatter. Most likely, it would be worthwhile to think about the depth of thoughts and world perception, and, especially, your unique recommendation / review (past the addressee) - showed a clear and superficial immersion in the essence of the issues in essence, sorry, but it is. What special was necessary to notify the “ambitious person” when coming to interview for a HR job, a priori, working directly with people and groups of people, when the “group interview” is not something non-trivial in our time, especially since we talked with each applicant "INDIVIDUALLY"? Each potential candidate was respectfully and individually invited for an interview, politely and attentively listened to in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. P. S. good gymnastics of a true and clear look, primarily aimed at oneself, and at least 🦠 to the masses 🧠 wish you success!

Organized training at TGlevel, were very pleased. The huge bright room, equipment and attention of the girls of the administrators did not leave us indifferent. And of course the panoramic windows subjugated us, now we will cooperate on an ongoing basis)

A large center, whose office can be used for both master classes and for photo sessions and various small events. Everything is modern, the interior is discreet. I liked it very much.
