The difference is 10 times (UAH 50 and UAH 500). It was necessary to check when I took it, and not already at home. The rest of the work was done well. I specify, at the request of the manager: there are two receipts - 628001 and 628003.

We cleaned my husband's down jacket well. The sleeves, pockets, bottom of the jacket were very dirty, almost black. The down jacket was worn and shiny. After cleaning, I really liked the result, the difference can be seen with the naked eye. Thank you)

I handed over my coat for dry cleaning, order number 618215, ordered a premium package, since the coat is expensive. As a result, I received a low-quality service. The letters were torn off, and they say there is no guarantee for this, they say that the fittings. But this is not a button, but part of a coat! meaning then in premium cleaning, if the attitude to things is negligent ?? They refused to compensate for the damage, offering to give them their coats to the shop, they would come up with something there. But, if initially nothing was thought or thought of, then how will this affect the re-delivery? You charge money for a premium service, which means that the service should be at the premium level, and not like the cheapest one!
