In fact, there is not a bicycle rental, but a sale of used bicycles in a very old condition, which are offered for "rental". There is nothing to choose from for your parameters, tk. costs only a couple of rental units. Customer service is poor. They demand to leave their passport as a deposit, although this is prohibited by law (making a photocopy of the passport does not suit them) or you need to give them triple the cost of the bike.
