I called this store today about the carriage, agreed on a purchase, came - the store is closed, it says on the door: contact a nearby store. I went there, but the seller was busy with another client (he was sorting through spare parts from the scooter), I showed him the carriage, but he said that he was busy now and asked him to come up another time. Half a year ago I bought a cassette remover and turned to the same seller (for the same reason - the store was closed, as always, and the seller of a neighboring store had the keys to it). So this seller tried to sell me a defective puller with lapped splines. I highly discourage buying bike parts from this store for three reasons: 1. Bad attitude towards clients. 2. There is a possibility of purchasing defective components. 3. The store is always closed and there is a sign on the door: "Contact the next store", despite the fact that the seller in it is often busy with something and is reluctant to serve you.
