Ruins in the very sense of the word... If you have the imagination - it is impressive to comprehend the former greatness of the structure. Someone is either squatting or "protecting" the area, but you may walk around quietly. Not worth a special drive. But: nice to stop by, hundred or so yards away from a small bridge where you can look over the river Teterev. May continue the road towards monastery: short drive away is another bridge: more impressive view, hundreds years old oaks, monastery nearby

Interesting place but it is not renovated at all.

Also a great place for once, is on the list of many tours of Zhytomyr region. I advise you to visit!
