I do not recommend using the services of this institution if you do not want to spoil your things !!!!!! I gave it to this dry cleaner, if you can call it that, a wedding dress. There was a dirty hem and collar. As a result, the dress with spots was returned to me, the collar of dirty and white tulle on top of the dress became just gray. The sleeves that were previously snow-white also acquired a gray tint. We took 900 UAH for this "cleaning" and just ruined an expensive thing !!!! On the demand to return the money, the receptionist just got nasty to us and said that they would not return the money. I just cannot now look at my dress without tears, which after their "cleaning" has become like a dirty rag. I don't understand how you can treat the things of your clients like that !!!!!

I was not satisfied with the services of this dry cleaning. For the money I expected the best. I gave it to clean my winter jacket, in the end I can't say that the thing was clean. The fact that the thing is not cleared is half of the trouble. The filling of the jacket is completely lost. And they returned it with a huge hole, the seam came apart. After dry cleaning, I still gave clothes to be repaired. The thing was ruined! I do not recommend this dry cleaner!

I paid 800 UAH for a mattress cover ... It feels like as I handed it over, I took it the same ... Nothing has changed ...

Not a bad dry cleaner, I handed over my jacket here, got into engine oil, could not wash at home, there was only one way out, I used dry cleaning services, the stain was removed, I am satisfied!
